Daily rental period commences any time between 9:30am and 4:30pm - Monday to Friday and returned on or before the same time within 24 hours.Late returns will be treated as an extension of original rental period and will incur the “Daily Rate” until it’s return.

WEEKEND

:

Weekend rental period commences after 4:30pm on Friday and expires 9:30am the following Monday. Late returns will be treated as an extension of original rental period and will incur the “Daily Rate” until it’s return.

WEEKLY

:

Weekly rental period commences any time between 9:30am and 4:30pm - Monday to Friday and returned on or before the same time within 7 days.Late returns will be treated as an extension of original rental period and will incur the “Daily Rate” until it’s return.

CONDITIONS

BOND

:

A bond of $5,000 is payable in full prior to the collection of the equipment. If paid by VISA or Mastercard a current Australian drivers license must be produced. Payment by American Express is not accepted.

PAYMENT OF HIRE CHARGES

:

The hiring charge will be deducted from the prepaid bond.

REFUND OF THE BOND  

:

The balance outstanding after the hiring charge is deducted will be refunded by the same method it was originally paid when the equipment is returned.

DAMAGE

:

The hirer is responsible for the care of the equipment against damage by any cause. Any repair cost of any damage will be deducted from the bond.

LOSS

:

Loss of the hired equipment is the total responsibility of hirer. Should the hired equipment be lost or stolen it will be deemed that the bond will be total payment for the said equipment and no further action will be taken in its recovery. The hirer is responsible for any insurance against loss or theft of the equipment.
